Every time you complete a Blue Fish Spa online shop order, an order confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail address.
Payment
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current rate. All payment details are taken via an 128-bit encrypted secure system. As an additional security precaution we do not store any credit card details on our website. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta and Switch. Please note 'Fisherbeck Management Ltd' is the company name that will appear on your credit card statement.
Delivery
All items are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class post.
Gift Cards - FREE delivery.
Products Only - £4.50 per order.
Combination Orders (Products and Gift Cards) £4.50 per order.
We will process your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 3 working days for it to arrive. Please be sure to order in plenty of time at Christmas, as delays are likely at this time of year.
