"I started working for Fisherbeck Management in September 1997 for Oxley's associate company, Tuscan Holidays. In October 2006 I was offered a position to go and head up reception at the company's newest venture, Oxley's at Ambleside which opened in November 2006. My role as Front of House Manager meant I was in charge of reception as well as helping the Spa Manager with the general day to day running of the spa.

With a wonderful team behind us we have gone from strength to strength and use great product brands such as Decléor, Li'Tya and Jessica. It has been a busy few years and the time has simply flown by since we first opened. I am currently doing an NVQ in Team Leading with full support from the company and a few months ago I was delighted to accept a promotion to Salon Manager which is giving me new and exciting challenges every day."
