Spa Access
For your peace and enjoyment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the fitness rooms. Treatments are only available to clients aged 12 years and over. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To ensure the privacy and comfort of our clients, only spa guests are permitted within the treatment areas. The use of mobile phones is not permitted within our Spas. Smoking is not permitted in or around any Blue Fish Spa. Regrettably, our Blue Fish Spas cannot accept responsibility for any property left unattended during your visit.

Customer Requests
You may request a specific treatment or therapist when booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times. All Spa employees are trained to the highest possible standards and to respect the privacy of our guests in order to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for all.

Health Problems
Prior to booking treatments please notify the receptionist dealing with your booking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies, a skin complaint, high blood pressure, any physical ailments and disabilities or if you are seriously or terminally ill. This will prepare our Spa team in advance to provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you. During your treatments, please feel free to communicate with your therapist with regards to sequence of events, pressure, temperature and products. Please let us know how you are feeling and if there are any specific areas you would like your therapist to address during your treatment. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the therapist is made aware of any current or previous medical conditions which may prohibit the use of various products or treatment techniques prior to the commencement of treatment.

What to Wear during a Treatment
We request that no outdoor footwear is to be worn in the spa treatment areas. Please bear in mind for body treatments that you may be required to undress. We ask that all clients keep their undergarments on. Disposable underwear can be provided if required. Our therapists are trained to drape towels in a professional manner to protect the privacy of our clients at all times. If you are concerned we do have a selection of treatments that do not require you to undress, please ask our receptionist for advice.

Guest Timelines
We ask that you allow enough time for your experience and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to benefit fully from your relaxing treatment and to allow time to complete a consultation form. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, therefore reducing the effectiveness of the therapy. All appointments will end at their scheduled time, so that the next client is not delayed or inconvenienced in any way. Late appointments may not be honoured and the full price of the treatment will apply.

Spa Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification. Treatments are subject to availability. Full payment is required to secure any Spa Day booking. These payments are strictly non-refundable but may be held for up to three months for future bookings. A phone and Gift/credit card number will be required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Please note our Blue Fish Spas are exclusive and the allocation of treatment and time is done with great care. Our booking and cancellation policy is in place to protect the exclusiveness of our Spa and also you as a valued client. To avoid disappointment we ask that you adhere to the following. Full group Spa Day cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice, part group cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid loss of pre-paid amount. 24 hours notice is required for individual treatment cancellations. Failure to show or provide adequate cancellation time will incur a 100% charge and will result in reserved treatment time being lost. Cancellation policies still apply when using a Gift/Club Card.

Services
Due to the usage of local and natural products, which are not mass-produced, treatments/packages and products may on occasion be subject to change without notice. In such cases and wherever possible an equivalent will be offered. From time to time our Spas hold special events, discounted offers, competitions and charity events. Any such events or discounts are strictly subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Blue Fish Spa experience, we ask that you raise any issues of concern immediately so that we may be given every opportunity to resolve them before you leave our spa. It is a condition of booking that all clients satisfactorily complete a consultation form prior to their treatment.

Gift/Club Cards
It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to book their treatment time in advance. Should the recipient wish to reassign their card, they may do so by notifying Oxley's in advance. Only then will the card details be reassigned to a new user. Failure to do this may result in an unnecessary loss of treatment time. Gift/Club Cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. They must be presented on the day of the scheduled appointment and are only valid for the specified period from date of purchase. As treatment space is often limited and due to high demand, we are unable to extend the life span of our Gift Cards which are valid for 6 months only.
